If you have purchased a model from Gandoza and you feel it falls short of your expectations, then we want to make it right. We’ll work with you to correct functional errors and misrepresentations to ensure that your rendering accurately reflects the input you have provided.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you, and if errors are encountered, you can be confident that we’ll make your design revisions our number one priority. Typically revised designs are turned around within 3 days, depending on the complexity of the build.
Customers are eligible for refunds when a 3D rendering that we’ve created has clear architectural issues or if the file contents have been comprised. All refund requests must be emailed to us within 7 days of receipt of final product. If there are any issues with your deliverable, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we may resolve the problem. Refunds will only be issued if we cannot work with you to remedy the issue.
If and when a refund is issued, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund via PayPal within 24 hours. Upon cancelling your order, you waive the rights to any usage, distribution, sale or storage of the 3D model in its original or altered state.
