Gandoza's Refund and Return Policy

    Gandoza.com offer a Quality Guarantee on all our 3d models. What you see is what you get. If you have purchased a model and you feel there is either a functional problem or a misrepresentation by the 3d model's screen shots and description, we are dedicated to working with you to make the situation right. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you.

    Customers are eligible for Refunds when something is clearly wrong with 3d model or if the file contents and/or quality have been misrepresented. Customers are only eligible for a refund if we are notified within 7 days of purchase. Please alert us immediately if you have a problem. Refunds will be issued only after the customer has worked with Gandoza.com to resolve the problem.

    When and if a refund is issued, we will cancel your order and you will get your money back within 24 hours from contacting us. The customer is responsible for the immediate deletion of all files included in the 3d model and may not distribute, sell or use the 3d model in any way or form.

    We encourage you to Contact Us prior to purchase if you have questions about an item you are considering for purchase or need more information, specs, or renders. We are happy to provide you with as much information as possible to make sure you get the 3d model that best suits your needs. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
